If you want to have your order filled at a local pharmacy instead of via PhysiTrim’s platform, please note that the local pharmacy may charge you a fee for your medication which we are unable to assist with. Most clients save over $1,000 per month by filling their order via PhysiTrim. However, our providers can also send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy, and you may have to pay out of pocket costs and will be subject to availability.
Yes, we’ll need do receive lab work to ensure you are well-suited for GLP-1 medication.
If you have had bloodwork done in the last three months, you can upload the results in your patient portal before your medical consultation with our specialist. If not, don’t worry! We work with labs across the country and will connect you with a lab near you to complete the necessary bloodwork.
If we determine you are not eligible for any reason, we will refund your first month in full. 95% of patients who complete the initial Eligibility Questionnaire successfully are eligible after our medical provider reviews your bloodwork and your initial consultation.

Yes, all medications are made in an FDA-registered compounding pharmacy, we work with pharmacies licensed in all 50-states using only the highest quality ingredients. Medically approved clients are typically offered prescription (Tirzepatide or Semaglutide) Injections. These are slowly absorbed by the body over a week to help reduce appetite and cravings.
The medication you may be prescribed is a generic compounded medication and is not associated with the Novo Nordisk™ company or Lilly™ or the brand-name medications Saxenda®, Victoza®, Wegovy® or Ozempic®, or Mounjaro®.
